I think all applications will go to "In Process" phase one after another in one or two months and simultaneously they are working on our applications and finally, nomination letters will come out on First In First Out basis.

It simply means those who are "In Process" now are the first batch, then there will be another batch in one month's time and so on...?

I updated your status inside spreadsheet but you didn't mention when did your application change to In Process? I added 5 June. if it is incorrect then let me know to correct it for you.

Its random to nominate since your file is allocated to different case workers but only 2 managers. See in our case and others.

Can you tell us for your long waiting time when did your application go to "In Process" before you can get your nomination? I remember they asked you to update some of your documents about 40 days before nomination. Is it true?
