I just checked my status today and it has been changed to "In Process". Yesterday it was "Application Received" so I think it has just happened today morning.

I think there is no restriction as read in guideline. Guideline requires correspondence regarding previous immigration matters so we need to submit letter received from SK Immigration also.

yes there are no issues.

Listed NOCs can apply for this.
