For FSW 2013, once cap is filledup reported, nothing is charged. Don't know about SINP. ???

Strange. They officially declared system malfunctioning and to try sometime later to apply and now officially indicating asking for trying later was against the integrity of the message. They misleaded applicants.

The intake threshold for International Skilled Worker applications without job offers has been reached. The SINP will no longer accept applications that do not have a Job Approval letter and Job Offer attached. Any applications without job offers submitted after the threshold was reached will be rejected. Applicants will be notified of the rejection by email. DONT WORRY , I think there were huge application submitted on 6 as the day the SINP On line was working very fast and the limit was over on the day
I think who applied on 3 will get AOR IN this Monday

Well all I can do is hope. I have come across this situation for the fourth time in my life. So HOPE, HOPE, HOPE

Please,Please, Please don't hurry! for those who submitted applications on/before 7/Jan/2014 and they didn't get AOR, there is a bight future You will get your AOR in the future but maybe it won't happen on the next days and maybe it takes one or more month to get AOR.

Did you try to submit your application on 2/Jan? Did you face that huge error? Even the page didn't open for entering user/pass and those who submited their applications on 2/Jan (like me), spent about 4 hours to complete one application and maybe hit about 5000 mouse clicks!!!
It shows there isn't very huge number of submitted applications on first day and many of them are submitted on 3rd evening and later.

As I Said before, please calm down and just wait. When they announce the message and closed the site for applicants without job offer yesterday, it shows that the cap reached yesterday not from 3rd of January!

Please don't worry and just wait for your AOR.

What will be the fate who submitted on 09-01-2014, Thursday night Canada time? That moment 250 threshold was open. Can anybody give idea?

They have only tone of snows.

If they have humans flesh then they have works -> if they have works then they have offer -> if they have offers then SINP skilled worker
with offer letter category will be reached cap.

So only 250 International skill worker will go there first then -> they will create jobs in market -> then follow above steps.

AOR is Acknowledgement of Receipt and gives us an edge and confidence that our application is within the CAP. Currently people submitted on 2nd and some applications from 3rd have received AOR and its expected that 3rd and 4th applications would receive their AORs from Monday
