The site had serious problems until 03/01/2014 afternoon CST time and because of that it was really difficult to submit an application. My Application took me about 4.5 hours to be complete and in this way I think most of the submitted applications belong to after 03/01/2014 evening CST time not to 02/01/2014
Don't worry, They will send more AOR on next week and as friends mentioned before they will do that at 5:00 O'clock CST
SASK mentioned this program is valid for 2014 and I think there isn't any deadline for CIC for receiving applications. Every time SASK give nomination letter to CIC, they will accept the application and start their process.
I hope they will provide AOR sooner. If their website was working fine then application may be completed in an hour.
I completed applicant details on 02/01/2014 then I submitted application on next day b'cas I was under impression that they were fixing
English Eligibility points - drop down box.
Good question to be prepared in advance. let us know if anyone knows this. I think former skilled worker SINP applicants can give better idea but to my understanding, they should give at least 2-4 months. I will also check in other forums related to SINP.
but in the AOR we received, it is mentioned that SINP is working on applications that are since 2009 and 2010. It also might be indirect way to inform that your nomination process might get delayed.
I believe that we have already filled those forms while submitting SINP online application only.

But I knew there won't be any language points there in that form because They calculate everybody's Language points with their formula and it is not easy for everybody to calculate it. for example if you've got L=7.5 , R=6.0 , W=5.5 , S=6.5 then how much points will you get? in this example because of W=5.5 it is not CLB7 and because of that it will not get 18 points and maybe it get 16 points! or for other certificates like french , ... it will calculate in a different way.
They hide Language points because they didn't want everybody write a wrong data in that form.
They could make a simple form in that section and everybody could enter every band's score of IELTS or other language certificates there and it could calculate the points for him/her.
