From the acknowledgement they stated 'The SINP has received an unprecedented number of applications in 2009 and 2010'.

Any ideas on how this will impact on the processing of 2014 application? On their website they have stated an average of 11 months. Is this realistic as one member posted that he had applied since 2011. Any positive news? Please share

Hi This will not affect 2014 SINP, Same as we had FSW before as well but FSW 2013 is totally seperated from before and people have already got VISAs.

Next is Letter of Nomination which can be delivered between 3 weeks to 6 months...

depending on the requirements and other documentation by SINP

In India its almost common that most of them wont have Birth certificate. The Govt Act of Mandatory to have Birth Certificate came after 80's (Not sure exactly which year)
Even CIC knows very well, Produce Affidavit from Notary signed by your parents stating that Birth Certificate is not mandatory while you was born .Also include your 10th class certificate this holds as a Birth Certificate. CIC will definitely agree on this as many people implemented the same logic for FSW 2013 and got their visa too...

Can anyone help me. I am 40years old and have no birth certificate but I have Govt National I D Card/Pass port and educational documents having my birth date. What documents should I produce where birth certificate is required, as in online immigration form. Should I have an affidavit from Notary Public Commissioner. Please help and advise.

I submitted my international skilled worker application on 5/1/2014 at 8:30 IST. I think it will be 20:10 PM dated 4/1/2014 at Regina.
What you suggest? Is it in time or not?what will happen next? Please suggest.

It seems a lot has occurred in my absence. First of all my heartiest congratulations to all the people who have received the acknowledgement mail. I know it's not a big deal for some but it's a first footstep towards our dream and every effort would mount to the accomplishment of our goal sooner or later.
