The system lack of delete function, I did something similar which is added two many federal forms, in the end I just left them as blank, I wish a CO would understand that
I don't see a problem with this, as the application doesn't allow delete this entry. But only to be sure you could upload a document saying that confirming that you don't have a double nacionality or you could put the same nationality in both entries.
I have seen people getting acknowledgement of receipt of their application wherein they have also provided the contact details such as phone, email address, etc. So suggest wait for that and then contact them with the attachment. If the email address is the same as what you have provided, then go ahead immediately.

I will update now when my application will be acknowledged by email because in spreadsheet, without acknowledged date and time its not allowing to submit.

All please revisit the spreadsheet and request you to use Gul's link to update the timings accordingly. Please understand that your input is the one which will give us an idea of the main essence if this forum.
I created two applications and i submitted one which has a status "Application Submitted" and the other one is having a status "Pending Submission"
Do i need to fill the second one and submit or leave it like that. Will they treat the submitted application or they will want me to fill the second one too.
