Previous application details in the sense I had applied for FSW 2013, in that sense. There are other forum members who had applied there and the cap filled and their application has been returned with only the UCI number. So this has been quoted by me in the generic application form. But it seems there is an option in the online system to quote your previous application details which I remembers not seeing and so did the other members
Im also asking for authority request.. Why does it need to be private? Lets open it for all, so everyone can see, I don't see any harm if all can view it.

Agreed with you. It should be public as everybody of this forum contributed the spreadsheet. If the forumites cannot get access, they might opt for not to update anymore.
Now we are making progress. So I Guess people submitted until 3rd of Jan have received emails and are having their status changed to ''Received''. Is that correct. I have submitted on 4th of Jan SK time 19:30. So am waiting. I have also checked the Application Threshold on their site and its still not updated.
For the access to spread sheet I think Gulbadan needs to provide access.

Who is the moderator of the spread sheet? Kindly make it visible to the public, share it, its for everyone's knowledge to see how the process is going on and so can be easily updated by the user..
