I work for a private company, tax is being deducted from my salary, I dont have any government issued document as part of the requirements for proof of work experience. My employer said she can't give me the biz registration certificate that I can show as government issued. Please, does anyone have an idea or advice on how I can solve this.

No. Govt. docs mean the docs which is issued by government or its agencies like your pension record or your income tax returns or other docs which has mentioned the name of your employer or your designation etc.
