Please visit the link provided and choose the appropriate options
you will get a plan at the end of the session.print it,scan it and upload to
ur acc. so far,my understanding,I have witnessed EE is a bit frequent,but
not a big difference.more or less similar in the numbers they call for,cheers

1.After sending the settlement plan to my email ID,how to upload to my OASIS account without printing and scanning because it's in mail format not in download format.

2.One more question,in my OASIS account ,step 1 is in still yellow colour with indication ! ,after filling these questions

My Answer is No

Have you been accepted into Citizenship and Immigration Canada's Express Entry pool and have an Express Entry Profile Number and a Job Seeker Validation Code?*

Yes No

My Answer is No

After saving,but still is in yellow colour not changed to green one,whether I missed something in step 1

oasis.lets say,settlement fund is created
twice,unwanted.so is work permit screen.

I Think settlement fund can't be deleted. It's an error of OASIS. You can put 'Duplicate record' for the unwanted ones. My friends and I face the same problems.
