1. No
2. It is must, otherwise they will refund your application after 3 months. Even you miss any signature or Check mark, they will return. Translate yourself, notarized original document photocopy and translation, and mention any friend's name as a Translator and prepare a Translator Affidavit to show that person as a Translator. Any Notary can do it and costs about 100/- rupees. This is the link for Format :-

Hello All,

My application was ineligible because of job description and they say it does not match the intended NOC 2171. Can i add more job description to the most recent Ref letter and submit in the next intake with a fresh application or i need to wait until 6 months or 1 year to apply again. My intake was for Oct 12 2016 EE. I also hv same ref too for OID Oct 24 intake 2016. Can i withdraw the OID now or i wait until the application is returned. Please your feedback is highly appreciated.

Hello everyone last April 2016 I have created my express entry profile, now I have to apply for SINP this month. I have read in website that express entry profile expires in one year if you have no ITA.

My question is that I want to apply for SINP PNP, so I should apply with current express entry profile number and job verification number or I should create new express entry profile because current express entry profile will expire in three months?

Send your job duties to HRSDC for evaluation through email. If it will be positive, can apply again with existing job reference letter with that favourable email. Better try for OID next time, sometimes it is easier.

Hi Folks,
I am new to this threads and sorry if already some of below questions have been raised earlier. I am Commerce graduate and planning to apply under NOC 1225 Purchasing agents and officers. I have my own business since last 10 years but have not experience related to this occupation. Can you guys guide me in preparing work experience letter. My questions are,
1. Can I take experience letter from some other industries? say 2 or 3 industries for total experience of 10 years.
2. Can I prepare experience letter from my own company? I am getting regular salary and can show the job as purchasing officer. Though there is no role of purchasing officer in my company.

Also during visitor visa application for Canada, I have shown working as a manager in my own company. So is there any chance to get cross verification?

Please guide.

Hi,
I applied in 22nd Nov OID, application went in process in 2 nd week of January, had just dropped a courtesy mail to SINP asking them updates on nomination timelines.
They replied that my application is in process state , currently they do not need any additional documents, in case they require, they shall inform through mail.

Can I take it as a positive sign, or still there are chances of rejection.
