Just to add to this question. When I look at SINP webpage, it says "The application intake thresholds for the International Skilled Worker – Occupations In-Demand Sub-Category and the Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category have been reached for 2016". However, I am still being able to create an OASIS profile. Does it make sense to submit one and expect this would reopen again, or does 2016 refer to the calendar year? Thanks in advance!

I am an OID Jan. 2016 applicant. This is a new update in my Application & Applicant Details Section
Step 4 Applicant Details
Schedule 4 Funds ############### (I filled the amount but it is changed to Hashes)
What is the meaning of this?
Hi, I am preparing my SINP application under the International Skill Worker - Employment Offer... I was reading about the papers you need, and I was wondering if I need to do the ECA for my studies in Argentina... I have mostly everything to apply on-line, just waiting the Celpip letter...
But for my studies, I have the transcripts... and I was checking about getting the ECA and it takes a lot of time and money... So, It is really necessary?

My name is Julia. And I need your help. Please reply...
So I have accounting diploma from BCIT (Vancouver, BC) it was 2 year program. I have a PGWP till September 2017. I have almost 18 month of work experience as a Bookkeeper in Vancouver, BC. I have decided to move to SK to increase my chances for immigration.
I am so confused with whatever is going on with SINP.
1-Please advise under which category am I eligible to apply and what are my chances? International Skilled Worker Category? Saskatchewan Experience Category?
2-How hard is it to get SINP approved job letter?
3-Is it easy to find a Bookkeeper/Jr Accounting job (under category B)?
my phone number is 306-717-6869 please contact me if you can and willing to share your experience and knowledge that could be in use for me... I am lost and scared and frustrated... I guess most of you went through it.
For SINP international skilled worker without job offer (which was last open in Jan 2016), what did he have to score:
(1) in SINP scoring system? (I guess it was +60 of 100, right?)
(2) Any CRS score?
