Hey guys I applied jan 22nd and nothing yet...... its almost a month now...... sinp website says should take only 2 weeks...... I emailed them and got reply that ur application status is submitted
Under International Skilled Worker if you provide a job offer and a job approval letter from SINP you supposed to receive AOR from them first. I received mine in 11 days because my employer keeps calling SINP everyday asking if they already received my application. If you think you already submitted a complete application and SINP replied to you a status then you may get the AOR soon. Maybe SINP officers is just busy right now since they are processing 500 applications from people who submitted their application last January 2, 2015. All I can suggest is for you or your employer give SINP a ring personally so you can get direct answer just like what we did. Honestly if you are doing a follow thru e-mail all they can say is "the status" of your application same on their website and not give you direct answer. Keep us posted here and wish u best of luck

I did ask my employer abt this ..... its big corporation so there are many levels to discuss and they usally dont help for immigration papers ..... they already did huge favour by providing me papers ....... dont want to force them ... I think I have to be more patience and wait till sinp's responce... .. maybe I get my AOR late but nomination quickly ......

Yeah I have a feeling that SINP process application quick this year. The moment my application get on process and AOR the next day is additional document request then change to waiting on applicant status. When I provide the document requested my files on the website updated the same day and status becomes in process again. Its my 2nd month of waiting on the 26th and third week of waiting after submission of the requested document
Thanks for timeline ..... so it took almost 6 weeks for u ..... looks like they are busy with some other applications...... just have to wait for sinp reply
