I have received eAppeal approval for my Singapore COC appeal and I made the payment online from eCOC site. But there is no acknowledgement Slip I received after payment is made.
Do we receive ack Slip on mail later? I did not see any application number as well but Invoice number of the Payment which i made is available. As I am overseas applicant, i have to send hard copies of finger prints with eCOC acknowledgement slip as per SPF site.

it takes like 1-2 days for them to send you another email and u have to print the invoice (attached along the email) to be sent along with ur hardcopy fingerprints
I have couriered the hardcopy fingerprints to the mentioned address on COC site but courier failed 3 times. Do we need to send the courier to any particular name who can receive it. any advise on this please. My COC stuck as hardcopy of fingerprints is not reaching to designated office.
I have a few quick questions about an acknowledgement slip and fingerprints. Did you receive an acknowledgement slip right after you made an online payment? Did you need to wait for your COC application to be approved first before you mailed out the fingerprints? Could you actually go ahead and mail your fingerprints out once your COC application got accepted?

Hi i would like to apply PCC from singapore.but online mention have to submit ecoc acknowledge slip.therefore i didn't know how to get this can you please guide me how to get this thanks

I need help with applying COC to Singapore on line. Been there from 2016-2019. Already checked their website and it's really confusing.
Can someone please tell me what to do. Because I cannot log in to their website since I don't have the singpass anymore so I cannot find the auto generated application form for me to fill up and pay.
