Aug 1: Submitted application and made payment
Same day: Received application number via email
Aug 5: Received fingerprint request & receipt via email
Same day: Fingerprints mailed to Singapore from Canada
Aug 12 (Local Time): Fingerprints delivered
Aug 15 (Local Time): Status 'Approved'
Same day: COC mailed to my friend's address in Singapore
Note: You can take fingerprints before receiving the email with the fingerprint request & receipt from the Singapore Police Force.
