Im a 16-year-old student who moved to Canada with my parents. I applied for sin no. on my study permit and it expires this month. It starts with the no. 9. I also got my PR card today and wish to update my SIN to the PR one. Can I just re-apply or I need to wait?
Others can correct me but if you have now have a PR card believe you that if can you find a Service Canada office open you can go there and get a new SIN Or you can apply online or by mail but with COVID of course there may be a delay through that route if you are not worried about waiting
