I spoke with them today for the 3d time already. It seems that the problem is not entirely/at all on their side. Might be the CIC. Even if not, CIC need to know about the situation and take action. He told me that it seems like the people responsible for the fix are off for weekend! The CIC should do something about it! We might need to upload documents or maybe even received a change in program or something of that nature.
Did anyone tried contacting CIC or CIC technical support??
Everyone who have this issue please fill out this form. We need to send as many concerned forms as possible. It's the only thing we can do at the moment. I drove the sign-in partner service crazy. They confirmed that this is CIC technical issue and not their's. They trying to contact CIC technical back end regardless. I will keep calling them too.
I can't access my account either for 24hrs now and yesterday my ITA got canceled as I got it in error. (They sent me FSW ITA in stead of CEC)
I got two messages as well and cant read them but I know they won't go anywhere and will be there on Monday too!

I filled out the form. I hope any of those messages I received in my profile wasn't anything that need my attention immediately. Maybe i will get a surprise and it will be a CEC ITA. :>
