Can some one tell if i can submit driver's license for my sibling to show as proof of address as i am not able to get the bank statement or utility bills under her name. Help will be really appreciated. TIA.
The documents must show their address in Canada and should be recent (dated within six months prior to submission)
So if it's a recently issued DL by a Canadian Province it should work. Otherwise get a bank statement. (An online bank statement PDF also worked in our case)

Proof of relationship - passport of both siblings is enough if both have the same parent's name on it. You do not require to submit another proof.
Additionally you will be asked for Sibling's address proof in Canada

My sister now has Canadian passport and Her Indian passport was stamped cancelled. She doesn't have birth certificate so in order to show sibling relationship, can I show her cancelled Indian passport (as it has parents name) ?? Also, I will attach Canadian passport and health card.
Is that good enough??

Received the following document request from IRCC. My sibling does not have any utility bills so far, he is in Canada physically and is working there as well.
Sibling- Residence CDA: Please provide proof of your Sibling’s Residence in Canada that is not one of the following: a Canadian bank statement, provincial driver’s license, or other provincial ID

Get an affidavit from the owner for a notarized document stating the your sibling is a tenant and not paying utility bills. Upload the rent receipts as well.
I have a query. My wife's sister is based in Canada and is now a Citizen. But, we are not claiming points for that (Do not have Birth Certificate etc. to submit). I received my ITA. The issue is that when filling in my Wife's FAMILY DETAILS, if we enter her sister's details showing her to be in Canada, the system automatically adds 15 points and will subsequently ask us to upload supporting documents. What is the way out? We cannot skip entering her details either. Please suggest.
Thanks.
