Applied for PR under FSW to CIO, Sydney on 04/26/2011. Recieved an email from CIO on 06/06/2011, initial eligibility met. Application will be transfered to local visa office. In my case local visa office is buffalo. I never recieved letter in mail of initial eligibility met. My ecas status shows: "Recieved by Visa office". I never mailed another set of my application to local visa office. I have only mailed one set to CIO, sydney. Was I required to set another set of my application to local visa office?
