Should one apply for FSW? if one has LMO and permanent job offer? New Delhi

Should/Can one apply FSW if the employer gets +ve LMO and makes job permanent. If yes, how much time will that take is it faster than normal FSW?

What is expected timeline for such applications in New Delhi office?

If you meet all the requirements, why not? Then you can get PR.

Hard to say how long it will take, anywhere from 8 months to a few years.
