Hi, I am from Australia and I have applied for FSW in November 2011 from Australia. I received 2 replies: one from CIC and the other from Visa Office Australia for receiving and further processing. Its been 9 months and I have not received any reply from anywhere. How does it generally takes for applicants applying from Sydney, Australia?
Moreover, now I got a Job Offer from a restaurant with LMO. I am confused now as to apply for Work Permit and can I submit my this JOB Offer to CIC to continue the FSW, as its part.
Can I submit this Job Offer for FSW instead of applying for Work Permit? As its already been 9 months and more 1-2 months to apply, so if i apply for the work permit then might take long way and moreover its already near to decision for FSW. Even I dont want to go to Canada just in Work Permit.
How long does the process takes more if I submit this JOB Offer to FSW application? and does this adds up my points or process faster? As i had enough points and my file is proceed since 9 months but didnt receive any response then after.
