Should I retake the IELTS for Express Entry?

I have 5.5 years of experience outside of Canada with NOC A (Human Resources Professional).
I'm 32 years old single and have bachelor's degree in a university from the U.S.

I took an IELTS and I got R: 9 L: 7.5 W: 6 S:8

I'm not sure if I have any chance with the score above for the express entry since I don't have any nomination or job offer/experience in Canada at all to meet the CRS.

For IELTS, I'm quite sure I can improve both listening and writing as I am already aware of the mistakes that I made.

I'm thinking of taking the test again, but I just want to know what I should expect my English score to be aimed at with my current situation.
