IELTS score for express entry

Hi
I got IELTS score as follows.
L-7, R-6.5, W-5.5, L-8
Can I create express entry profile in express entry with NOCA 1 year experience and expect invitation. I have enough score for recent draws but I'm worry about my english score 5.5 in writing. I heard minimum 6 in all the abililities.

If you are a FSW applicant then you do not meet the language requirements.

What if I get a invitation and apply to PR by paying the fee, do the application will be rejected after due to the low english score?.
