Should I redo medical test for entire family

My husband and I had done upfront medicals and submitted our application on 12th Jan, 2021. A few days ago we received a request to do the medical test again, but only for me. Should I as well as my husband do the medicals again or should it just be me? Both our tests done previously are now expired, so we were thinking it would help to do an upfront test for my husband as well. He is the primary applicant. Previously his medical test was done in the States and i had done it in India.
