I apply for my study permit on 4 july 2018 ..i do upfront medical test on 24th june 2018 but unfortunately my representative forget to upload my medical report sheet which i get from my physician ...today i got my medical test requst from embassy.

what should i do now?... i have to done new medical test again? or i will just upload my old upfront medical sheet?

help me...thank you.

upload the old one. its valid for 1 yr.
