Should I reapply for reconsideration for the refusal based on previous studies, marsksheets etc

Today I got refusal based on following reason
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous
studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment and/or your future prospects and
plans
My question is that should I order GCMS notes or should I apply for reconsideration?

You loose nothing by submitting a reconsideration request via webform. Just know this has very low chances of changing the decision but for some people it has worked.

While you do that, apply for GCMS notes ASAP because they take a lot of time to arrive!

Might as well - it's not like there's any extra charge for submitting a reconsideration request. Everyone who gets refused should apply for reconsideration, in my opinion. Just don't have expectations and treat it like a lottery.
