should i mention my refugee claim in my spousal application?

Hi guys.

I am a refugee claimant since 4 yrs ago,Unfortunately. i don't get finial decision yet. recently i got married so should i mention my refugee case with spousal application? or they are not related to each other?

Does it ask you to list if you applied or denied any visa or claim in any country before? Pretty sure it does! If you don't mention it, they will find out and it will cause you problems later in the process. Having a previous refugee claim isn't a detriment to a spousal claim. Not mentioning it and having them find out (and they will) is a detriment!
