My wife and I intend to apply for Canada immigration under FSWP category, with her being the principal applicant and I'll be the spouse.
We expect to have our papers ready by mid November, do you think by this time the caps will be reached? Right now it seems to be OK, only 1891 applications out of the 25000 limit have been filled. But we have no experience in this and we don't know when to get alarmed...
thanks for help

The data points in the chart are the actual applications as updated on various days on the CIC website. See here for latest http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp
Based on this data, three curves (for three possibilities) are plotted based on whether the future trends go linear, quadratic, or exponential. The corresponding cap fill dates are also marked.
In worst case out of these three, if the trend is exponential, then the total cap (of 25,000) will fill on 13th Dec, 2014 and so on.
