Hello everyone, I started to fill my citizenship application and stuck on Q13 if anyone can please help.
Q 13 - Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada (this includes your country of birth)
The Detail section confused me
It says - Status(eg. Student, employment/worker, refugee, permanent resident or Citizen)
I am an Indian Citizen and mentioned that in the Q13 details section. Should I enter the L1 & L2 US visa status which we held for 7 years. Though it comes under employment/worker status but it is non immigrant visa type.

I believe the application asks "Have you ever" not "Have you ever in last 5 years" so you will have to mention the L1 & L2 status that you held before. Seniors, please correct if I am wrong.
Thanks for your reply anandg12 & canvisa13. I also thought L1 or H1 are non immigrant visa but was confused when they mentioned employment/worker) under details -
(eg. Student, employment/worker, refugee, permanent resident or Citizen).
Can anyone who applied under similar situation correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks

I think it clearly includes all those cases. "Immigrant" can mean different things in different contexts so they gave particular examples to clarify. So I'd say 95% included.
