My spouse didn't disclose me when she applied for PR under Provincial Nominee. And she has already got her PR now. However, we get refused when we apply for the family sponsorship. And now I am trying to apply through Express Entry, but should I choose my spouse to accompany me to Canada or not? any what the effect? thank you!

What do you meant by she didn't disclose you? Did she not mention herself as "Married" /or you meant she simply non-accompanied you?
See, if she hid her marital status even being actually
married then its completely misrepresentation and I doubt if your application will be accepted!
Besides, If she's a PR holder already, then accompanying or non-accompanying thing won't be applicable to you.
