Express entry for International student couple in canada

I have some doubts for creating express entry profile.
Me and my wife are in post graduate work permit,canada. We Both came in canada as international student and now gt married.
During Express entry profile creation whether i have to choose “ spouse accompanying” or “not”.
Is that oke i can apply as “without accompany” and after getting PR for me she can apply differently.

She is now in her graduate work permit( already in Canada). If i get PR (marked as without accompanying). Then she can apply from her profile to get PR using my pr status .

I believe you're talking about sponsorship so that's fair, the question still remains, what will you state as to why your spouse is non accompanying.

Not about sponsorship.
I am planning to put not accompanying only to increase CRS score
