International student express entry

Hi,
I am an international student from India currently studying in Canada.
1. Can I apply for express entry now?
2. If I get ITA, what can I show as proof of funds?
3. Can I show my bank deposit in India as proof of fund or does it need to be in Canada?

1. Yes if you meet the minimum requirement;
2. Bank statement. You don't have to show POF if you are invited under CEC stream;
3. It doesn't have to be in Canada.
