Please suggest, who should become the primary applicant. Also, if the dependent gets the job offer first will it help in increasing the score?
I think you should go to the online crs tool and enter data, once as you being pa and once as your spouse being pa. Whoever gets higher crs should go for it.

You have masters which adds lot of points to CRS score, however your spouse is younger so that adds lot of points to the CRS if he is primary.
But both of you have got less in IELTS, it is important to get 8777 in LWRS and that person should be the primary.
