should I apply now with last year T4? need urgent help

Hello All,

I haven't yet received my T4 for the year 2010, and we were told that T4 will be distributed around March 1st week. I am wondering if I should go ahead and apply my application with previous years T4 and assessment statement as my UK PCC will be expiring soon, I got it on Dec 17th, 2010.

Appreciate any advice ..

Send in the one you have, you can always send in the newer one when you get it.

The PCC has to be valid on the day it arrives at CIC.

If you already have a T4 and the Notice of Assessment, go ahead and apply. BTW, I received my T4 yesterday.

thanks Baloo & jes_on .. I will go ahead and apply with what I have .. If I apply on 22nd, I am expecting the application to be received on 25th. I hope my PCC is still valid by that time.

I applied with sending in my T4 from 2009 and 2008 - as I had not yet received my 2010 T4. I sent in my 2008 because I have not received my NOA from the CRA for 2009. I called the CRA a few weeks ago and they said they would be mailing out my 2009 NOA in a few weeks... go ahead and send it in. When you get your 2010 T4 just mail them a copy of it, asking them to add it to your file.
