Should I apply for EE with IELTS (L:7.5, S:6.5, R:6.5, W:6.5, Overall: 7)

Hi,

I am a post-graduate in Computer Engineering, working in Machine Learning (ML/AI) field since last 2 years 9 months (i.e., this is my total experience). I have successfully completed ECA (Education Credential Assessment). My age is 28 years, and I appeared in IELTS - General Training in March-2019, and got:
1. Listening: 7.5, Reading: 6.5, Writing: 6.5, Speaking: 6.5, Overall band: 7.0.

First Query:
Should I register for EE now or wait to score (8,7,7,7) in IELTS General Training.

An immigration agent suggested me that I would need 3 years of job experience and (8,7,7,7) in IELTS - General Training exam.

Second Query:
Is there any province which consider me with this profile. If yes, then please let me know their name.

I would recommend to create a EE profile with the current scores.
If your points are lower and you do not expect an invitation, you can write IELTS again to try improve your scores.
