Breatheee.. My husband and I applied outland, got extension in Nov 11, we sent in the application March 12 and applied for ANOTHER extension May 12. We got both extensions so you should be approved if you tell them you are being sponsored to be a PR by your spouse and your spouse will support you.
hey, thank you so much for your reply.. well, i should apply for extension first and explain to them that my husband is sponsoring me ? but the reason of my visit is spending time with my fiancé and we were planning on moving to my country that what i said when i was called for an interview(to get a visitor visa) now our circumstances changed ... I'm so sorry for going back and fourth I'm just worried thanks a lot

You can if you want to, but either way you can apply for it. Like I said, just make sure you prove that your husband has the funds to support you for 6 months and you applied for PR (if you wait until after) OR that you ARE applying
Safou we're applying outland as well. I just want the visa extension so I can stay here with my boyfriend in Canada for another two months, until we head off to North Carolina together in October to visit my family. I figure getting back in shouldn't be so hard with him standing beside me when we go through customs at the airport. And good luck to you and everyone else on this board.
I just applied for it today. Since my work permit is still valid, I'm now gonna be under implied status. I sent them a copy of my itinerary for when my boyfriend and I are gonna go back to North Carolina this October together. So I'm pretty sure it will be accepted.
Try to stay calm and just send them enough info to satisfy them that you won't try to move there illegally and that you will have a way to support yourself while you're there. Then breathe, haha. I'm sure you will be approved.
thank you so much for your reply, my account is empty, i spent everything i have..and now my husband support me, we will get a joining account ...so what do you think we should have a joining account or just send them our marriage certificate and my husband's amount..?? thanks again

My husband was broke US wise, as long as you prove that your husband will support you. Honestly, all I sent was a letter stating I would support him and how. I didn't say how much I make, I didn't say how much was in savings. That was my proof of income
