Should I apply as skilled worker or experienced class?

Hi,
I am not sure about the following, so please advice:

I was post-doctoral fellow at a Canadian university from 2009 to 2010, approximately 22 months. Now I am a postdoc at a USA university. Can I apply for PR in Canada? Which class I should apply: Experienced class or Skilled worker, though I see that they have stopped considering the application as skilled worker!
