Federal Skilled worker to Canadian Experience class

6 months back I moved from USA to Canada, working full time here in Canada. I am in the express entry pool with 371 points under the "Federal Skilled worker" program.
In another 6 months I will be eligible under the "Canadian Experience Class program".
My question's are :
After a year of work experience .,
1. Will my current profile that is only eligible under "Federal Skilled worker" be automatically eligible for "Canadian Experience Class program" also when I hit the one year mark or.,
2. Do I have to withdraw the current profile and submit a new one ?
