heyy i applied for computer programmer diploma at sheridan college on 12 august 2019 and still waiting for offer letter .can someone tell me how long it would take .?

I am going to Davis campus Brampton for early childhood education diploma applied on 19 August

I had applied in the same campus and course on 23 july bt still waiting nd they show under consideration every time

But they have given offer letter to all students till date from 1 July to 31 July
One student who applied on 29 got his offer letter on 24 September

My 12th percentage is 70% in medical stream nd band score is OA-6.5 not less thn 6
