November 30 is the last date but to reserve the seat and to apply for visa we have to pay as soon as possible.So I paid the fees day before yesterday.As the last date to apply for visa is november 15

Did Santa Monica said the last date to apply for visa is Nov 15?
To me they said it's Dec 1st

I think the last date for paying fees will be by 10-15 days after you receive your offer letter.

Everyone I know you guys have ample of information but please don’t write false information like for applying visa last date is 15th november , as there is no such fixed date to apply your visa’s, because there were people who applied for there visa in august and got visa by the end of the month , for September batch , so please don’t spread these rumours because others who don’t know about these get tensed .
