I told you their is nothing to worry about, the time taken in your case is normal for application belonging from India . Have you given IELTS ?

Thanks for your response. Actually i hired one consultant for my immigration, when i asked from them, they didn't have solution for this. They said we can send query to WES but depends on wes only.
I will send document again.

Infact i really don't trust consultants, if you are comfortable you can follow this site and get familiar with the complete procedure and do all the stuff on your own.

I heard ECA differs with institutions. Some evaluate "10+2+3+2" as Bachelors only while some as 1 year masters. Please guide me which institution is generous. I have completed masters from Nepal and completed 3 semesters as PhD in Korea (incomplete yet )
What to choose..
1. World Education Services (WES)
2. Comparative Education Service (CES)
3. International Credential Assessment of Canada (ICAS)
4. International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS)
5. International Credential Evaluation Service (ICES)
Can incomplete 3 semesters as PhD be evaluated??

I believe they sent an email. During my ECA, my university replied to that email and WES change the status on the same day. Now this is my spouses ECA and she already talked to the university and they told her and even showed her that they replied to WES email on 15th. But still there is no change in status. Now I am in the dark about whether the email was sent to wrong email address or if the reference no is wrong or I dont know what. This is really bothering me not knowing what is actually happening behind the scene.

Request the university to reply again and this time double check the reference number and email ID.

I got mine in 2 weeks since applying. My Uni ( in UK) use HEAR ( Higher Education Achievement report so I only given access to WES and they accessed it on the next day after my application. I guess I was lucky!

Now I'm more worried about my wife's ECA. I lose 5 points on March 26, and I want to be in before the draw on 21st. My wife's evaluation started on 16th (second review) and she's sent the bare minimum : one degree certificate copy and sealed transcript from her university. I hope they'll process her case a little quicker.

Funnily enough, WES acknowledged in their email that they received my docs on 25th Jan. That was actually the date I made my payment and my documents reached them only on 30th morning. WES needs to explain what they did to my docs from 25th (as per them) to 5th Feb (2nd review status update)!!

My wife's timeline is similar, Documents delivered on 20th Feb and waiting for the status to change for docs received.

Wait a bit, how did your status directly change to under evaluation? Do you actually mean under review?

They might be verifying the docs not under the evaluation and he might have misunderstood it..
