Just sharing my timeline:

July 21: Documents Delivered to WES and Status changed to documents received.
July 21: Status changed to We are reviewing your documents
August 01: status changed to evaluation in Progress with due date of August 22
August 12: status changed to Final Review
August 17: Evaluation completed.

In my case, expected completion date is 23 Aug but still in evaluation phase Dont know what is wrong..

Even my evaluation completion date is 23 Aug'17 and the status is same preparing evaluation report.

My question is IS IT IN UNDER REVIEWING OR EVOLUTION HAS STARTED??

WES take 20+ days after document received .

Exactly. When they accept all the documents and the evaluation starts, you'll have an estimated date for completion (But they usually finish it sooner)
