My WES application is stuck in "Evaluation in progress" since 1st week of Jan & my wife's application haven't even moved beyond "Document review in progress" from mid January.
We have emailed them querying about target date today. Hoping that we get to hear back from them at the earliest!
WES usually complete evaluation within 20 days...I got three ECAs till now, in all 3 cases evaluation status got changed to completed on day 20/21.
If it's beyond that period, you must contact them over e-mail.
No. Count 20 business days from the time your status changed to Evaluation in progress. 20 business days means - monday to friday. So that would mean a month from evaluation in progress. Add about 10-12 business days for the status to change from Documents received - review in progress to Evaluation in progress

Yap. I completed my order on the 24 of November 2016 and status change to Evaluation in progress on the 13th of December 2016. I then got my electronic ECA Report on the 17th of January 2017. So to their credit it is indeed a 20 day process once they receive all your documents.
My advice to those who haven't started the process, START as early as possible as the difficult part is getting your Universities to send the document. It went pretty well for me but it still took 3weeks for WES to receive the documents.
And
To those that have made their order, you just have to be patient! Checking the website every day will only make it worse. Easier said than done. But remember, this journey to Canada is a marathon not a sprint!

I ordered WES for my wife on Jan 6, 2017 and it is in "Documents received - Review in Progress" for about 15 days... Do know when they will finish the evolution... Hoping for the best....

Do we need to send same transcripts to WES and CIC?
I got my transcripts evaluated, but when I opened one of my sealed transcripts, on one of the pages it had someone else's name. So I asked my university to issue me a new transcript. But the format of new transcript I received is different to my last one.
I have sent a case specific inquiry as well as an email to WES and have received no reply from either one.. that was 2 weeks ago.
