I am in a similar timeline. I submitted address and photo for eCOPR and PR card on Jan 4th, 2023. What office did you submitted? I mean does it even matter? My office is in Etobicoke.

My whole family just got the eCoPR on Jan 7. So we waited for almost exactly one month. My VO is also Etobicoke.

My Vo is also Etobicoke. That is pretty quick for you. Hopefully I will get my eCoPR in a month also.

The holiday season may have been a factor for the delay as the IRCC may not have been working during that time. Please let us know if you have received it. I received the portal email and submitted my declaration on the same day Jan 9th. I am still waiting.

How many days do you have to wait to get your eCopr? I submitted my credentials in the portal last December 18 and I'm an inland applicant. My visa office is in Montreal.

My wife received PR approval on Jan 4 and portal invitation on Jan 06, applied on the same day....still waiting for eCOPR. My wife is here on visitor visa, finishing 6 months on Feb 17, 2023 should we apply for extension of visitor visa?

PR-portal mail : 7th Nov
address and photo submission on portal: 7th Nov
E-COPR ready to download: 4th Jan

Received PR card today 16th Jan. Checked mailbox today and found PR card envelope.
BTW, PR portal still shows photos in review with IRCC. So i guess its the status is not updated in a timely manner on PR portal.
