The timelines doesn't make sense at all.
My address was approved in 2 days and my pic says under pending approval from IRCC and I already got my PR card

I submitted photos and address on August 2nd.It has been a month no any update and no email received from IRCC.call centre agent just told me to wait. I am wondering how long it may still take to get the ecopr? portal is from VLU but agent said it was Centre Ottawa,are they the same?

I submitted on 15th Aug, no update after. For me agent told, that your file is at Operation Support Center Ottawa and told me that this office is quite busy.

the agent also told me that mine is at that office.and everything is good.do you the average time between portal and ecopr? why someone can get it within several days?

Not sure about the variations in timeline, but may be something to do with office assigned.

it's also a super busy time of year with student visas for the start of University, so it depends if they have had to shift resources about.

Hello all,

I got PR approval via email with a file attached to the email on Aug 29. The document has my details such as application number, DOB, full name and email address. In the same email, I was asked to fill out some information such as UCI, date of entry to canada etc which I did and sent back on the same day. On Aug 30 I then received a portal login request to update my Canada address and my photo for PR card which I did.
Please does anyone know when I would be getting my PR card?

This can vary. For me it arrived in 5 weeks.

Oh wow. Thanks for letting me know. What about COPR? How long does it take to issue COPR after the portal email?

They told me that after portal credentials they can give you the ecopr at any day between 1day to 6 months.
