Still in review However the card was sent to production on April 1 (one day after eCoPR) based on information I got from my MP's office

That's great, but you need either a valid PR card or a valid PR Travel Document to return to Canada. Please double-check on the IRCC website!

I think you have issue with photo my cousin got approval her pr card in 13 days
E-Copr on 27 April she got email GC key pr card mail
Hopefully she get it next week

all you can do is just wait for couple more weeks

3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? April 19, 2022
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Not yet

6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? May 17, 2022

Did you wait 31 months for only eCOPR or 31 months refers to all the time from the submission to eCOPR? You drive me confused

Mine took 11 working days. It comes through on the portal confirmation website. May 4th case successfully submitted, May 19th eCOPR.
