Family Sponsorship(Inland) package sent in and received on Nov 25 2020. Biometrics completed Aug 2021. Email received Oct 31 2021 that permanent residence was approved with pre invitation email for portal. Received Portal instructions to sign in on Nov 6th 2021. In Canada declaration made on the same day along with sending in address and photo. It's now Nov 28 and still nothing from IRCC. I've checked the pdf that was sent with the invitation to try and find what VO I'm dealing with but this is all that was on the bottom of the email.

I don't know how to upload my photos for the second time or do i have to send it through mail to their office?

Hello guys, do you guys think there is a possibility of getting pr card first before we get address and photo confirmation in the portal and recieve ecopr? So many people got ecopr in 2-4days after they upload the address and photo but for me it's been more than 3weeks now. I would just wait but just curious if there's any case like that.
Not sure. I have received mine eCoPR after 1 month.
Wow, what a train wreck.
Submitted Inland Sponsorship Application: July 29, 2020
Medical passed: May 4, 2021
Got portal credentials: Sept 23, 2021
Submitted In-Canada Dec.: Sept 23, 2021

Contacted MP office: Nov 14, 2021
Got a call from the MP office: Dec 8, 2021

I hope I get my card soon, but after fighting for so long (over 50 calls to ircc), I am just happy to finally have my CoPR. What a nightmare this has been.
So if you are waiting on your eCoPR, it's definitely worth it to contact your MP.
