Got ADR request . That require the letter of employment , education transcripts and diploma.
Quite wired , all these document have been uploaded in the application already
Why IRCC do this or they need other different version ?

ADR request from employment is for checking if you still working with the same employer who has helped you in getting recommendation letter, no sure about education docs. Can you please share your timeline

Letter of employment they request is for the previous work experience, different from the employer for the RNIP .
And it has been uploaded at the beginning of the application already
Do I need resubmit the same one? or other stuff they need
Any suggestions?

They asked me for T4 , notice of assessment and pay stubs for 2020,2021,2022,. But I got first email 3 days after submitting documents

I guess they have given you 7days window to upload documents. I was asked too for NOA for 2020,2021,2022 and paystubs for same time period. 2days after uploading documents. I got first email. For credentials. Good luck
