I apply online September,03/2021
I got the file number September,20/2021

I did medical upfront and I send my spouse and my daughter medical with the application
I need to send the fiche clearances and my medical to the ircc
What is the best option to send documents

I submitted my federal PR application through the online Portal about two weeks ago and received no email or any kind of reply. As far as I know, people who applied through the online portal won't receive any response until getting the AOR. So there will be no confirmation email. Hope that can help you.
