In my opinion IRCC just want to check your physical existence in Canada and current job as now a days they only finalised inland applications and it’s good sign .

Then if I were you I will get medi with wife.
after then upload results of family thru my portal or webform

I received an email form CIC Winnipeg (CIC-Winnipeg@cic.gc.ca) few minutes ago regarding the cancellation of the IME sent yesterday and content was like my medical got extended. My cic account shows Medical passed on April 27,2021
