They told me last November my criminality check is done and they haven’t started security check yet. I called again today and they said security check still hasn't started. My VO is Winnipeg.

I’m March applicant and VO is Winnipeg.
I’m also at the same step for months.
Even Feb applicants are waiting.
Although the IRCC site says it takes 60-90 days for the check, it’s taking longer now.
